Toni and Seun

Today is a travelling day for Toni, Jess and the Ratingen team. They’re also picking up their Team GB kit for Rio when they land in Birmingham but we’ll pick up on that another day. For now, it’s time to meet another one of the team.

Seun Okome is, according to Jess, the gentleman of the group. I haven’t seen any behaviours from Toni or John to challenge that title.

After his attempts at an English Institute of Sport version of Through the Keyhole it’s Toni’s turn to become interviewer although whether he’s more James Corden than Larry King is for you to decide:

To supplement some of the information Toni didn’t get to, here’s Seun’s responses to our questionnaire:

What’s the first thing to enter your mind when you wake up on a training day?

The first thing that comes to mind when I wake up is how I will survive the session

Tell me your favourite Toni story.

There was a bird in on the track at the EIS, and Chell felt the need to become a pigeon whisperer which weirdly enough he seemed to be good at. Eventually the pigeon was led outdoors due to his remarkable yet weird skill.
